The HOA board consists of three directors who are elected by Waterford Park homeowners. In addition to the director positions, there are four officer positions that are occupied by the directors, or by homeowners who are elected by the directors. The board members volunteer their time to work towards preserving our development.
The board meets quarterly to discuss new and pending neighborhood business. They also lead an annual homeowners meeting in April each year to provide updates on the neighborhood. This meeting is also where homeowner voting can take place.
