ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

To ensure our neighborhood retains its charm and value, the HOA board enlists help from board elected homeowners, who serve on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

The ACC is responsible for verifying the exterior of neighborhood homes and properties are properly maintained and adhere to neighborhood aesthetic standards.

The ACC performs an annual neighborhood walk-through and provides friendly guidance to homeowners, addressing any maintenance issues that need attention.

The Neighborhood Rules & Regulations are the aesthetic standards that the ACC developed and proposed to the HOA board. They are the standards that should be followed by all Waterford Park homeowners.  Please contact the ACC if you have any questions.

ACC approval is required before any exterior projects such as painting, structural changes (i.e. decks, fences, etc.), additions (i.e. sheds, etc.), and the like, on your property are executed.

For more details about ACC responsibilities, please refer to the CC&R's, the Landscaping Policy & Checklist, or contact the ACC directly.

Please reach out to the ACC at the email below with questions at any time!
