HOA Rules &  Regulations, CC&Rs, and Bylaws

rules & regulations

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for ensuring the exterior of neighborhood homes and property are properly maintained and adhere to neighborhood aesthetic standards.

The Neighborhood Rules & Regulations are the aesthetic standards that the ACC developed and proposed to the HOA board. They are the standards that should be followed by all Waterford Park homeowners. Please feel free to contact the ACC with any questions.

COVENANTS, conditions & restrictions (CC&Rs)

When you purchase a home in Waterford Park, you are contractually required to be a member of the homeowners' association (HOA).

The rules of the HOA community are described in what is called the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

The CC&Rs are the rules of our neighborhood. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.

If you plan to make any changes or repairs to the exterior of your property, please consult the CCRs and/or contact the ACC to find out if prior approval is needed.

bylaws

The Waterford Park HOA is an organization established to manage our private, planned community. The HOA is governed by a board of directors who are elected by the members (homeowners), and a set of rules called bylaws.

The bylaws govern how the HOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HOA as an organization.
